Watermark Hotel Group launches Brisbane’s newest 4.5 star accommodation experience with the completion of its accommodation refurbishment programme. The purpose designed refurbishment program is carefully designed to capture the essence of its leafy cosmopolitan Spring Hill location whilst delivering comfort and functionality in sophisticated, contemporary Brisbane style.
60 guest rooms have been meticulously upgraded to 4.5 star status, bringing the superior Watermark Hotel Group accommodation standard into Brisbane. A further 35 rooms have been renovated to a 4 star standard allowing for a very comfortable accommodation experience that represents excellent value in fresh comfortable surrounds.
Superior, Deluxe and Executive Guest rooms have been fully refurbished and upgraded, featuring the group’s signature Comfort Plus bedding, and an 82cm LCD flat screen television with latest release movies, selected Foxtel channels and hotel information. Rooms include international custom designed furnishings featuring a luxurious bed head, bedside tables, writing desk, TV Cabinet, chairs, artwork and mirrors, mood lighting, minibar, chaise lounge, frameless glass shower, Bathroom vanity and upgraded personal body care products.
Briefed to capture the purposeful essence of the hotel’s bustling central location yet harmonise with the adjacent Roma Street Parkland gardens, the design experts from the Carmody Group developed the room layouts, cleverly contrasting form and colour with a variety of high quality textured finishes to create a tactile and luxurious environment, that is very comfortable and also practical. Soft, plush bedding make for the finishing touches; whilst the combination of polished stone finishes, rich timber and ambient lighting come together to define spaces within each room providing guests with a sophisticated and hospitable abode for both business and leisure.
This latest upgrade to Watermark Hotel Brisbane continues the evolution which to date has seen the introduction of the 551 Restaurant and Bar just eighteen months earlier.
