Our exceptional staff can organise everything from the ceremony to the reception to the honeymoon suite and can create your individual style for that special occasion. The Hotel Watermark Brisbane has two function areas available to you. Our private function room, the Ashton Room, has the capacity to seat up to 85 guests in a sit down banquet style for that perfect wedding setting. The Ashton Room features: air-conditioning, adjoining balcony, and private bar. For an unforgettable wedding, the covered terrace and pool area outside our "On the Park" Restaurant is delightful for casual, open-air weddings, or as an ideal setting for pre-dinner drinks. This area comfortably seats up to 80 guests on the upper and lower terrace, with space to allow for a dance floor (perfect for the Bride and Groom's First dance). With stunning views over the Roma Street Parklands the Terrace is ideal for cocktail parties, weddings and private functions. For a limited time only when you book either the Ashton Room or The Terrace for your wedding, using our wide selection of menu packages, we will waive the room hire fee. Our extensive range of Wedding Menus start from $40.00 per person to $100.00 per person. We also have our all-inclusive wedding packages that can be booked from as little as $80.00 per person. Alternatively, our talented chefs can adapt or create menus to better suit the tastes and requirements of your guests.
